T-Commerce Ltd is very clear as to the legal ownership of any completed application we develop for our clients. We provide a service on behalf of our clients, building and servicing their software for them. The license, copyright, title ownership and intellectual property of the bespoke element of any work we undertake for our customers are passed to that client once a project is fully completed. There is no ambiguity whatsoever about this and we do not seek to use clients projects as a means of building up our own product portfolio, unlike many other software houses. As such we are quite different from our competition. We are not a product vendor whose focus is the sale of a software license and whose ongoing feature developments and bespoke work is aimed at the future mass saleability of its products and there are no user quantity or time restrictions on the software we create.
