DATA MIGRATION/ CONVERSION
Through data migration, conversion, harmonisation and logical data grooming exercises - we are able to transfer a clients existing data and historic data from whichever data source it currently resides, to minimise any amount of data input necessary.
USER TRAINING
The software we create is built around your requirements and working processes and therefore ease of use is always a distinct advantage of these kind of solutions. Structured training programs can be designed and implemented for users, internal trainers and for administrator/ webmaster training.
VERSION CONTROL
In order to ensure a successful finished application, T-Commerce Ltd provide prototypes for evaluation continually throughout the development cycle to enable the incorporation of ongoing input and feedback from clients. We understand the real world challenges and nuances that arise when implementing packaged or bespoke software and appreciate that clients need to take delivery of an application in a measured, calm and managed way, with structured working mechanisms in place for the handling of any issues. Upon completion of development and all internal testing, reworking and QA (Quality Assurance), we rollout and deliver 3 core client releases of every application.
